 I'm a registered Physical Therapist, a Mompreneur, Pelvic Health Coach and Owner of Bump Physio & Co.  I help women navigate the joys and challenges of pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic health. Connecting, educating and inspiring women is my passion, and I hope I can inspire you to take an active role in your health. I'm so excited you are here and want to join me on a journey to better pelvic health!

5 stars for this one! Lacey is so educated and helped me understand the issues my body was going through after child birth. I first saw her 3 months post partum for a pelvic floor assessment. I didn’t know what to expect but she wanted to hear my story and understand me better, and then guided me through step by step what she was going to do. I felt very comfortable, safe, and cared for. Hands down best PT out there!
